Detectives with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office need your assistance with the following Homicide case.
On March 31, 2007, in the evening hours, the victim, Jose Bogantes Jr. was walking in the Wilson Avenue area of Spring Lake, North Carolina. While Jose Bogantes Jr. was walking in the area, an unknown suspect or suspects approached Jose Bogantes Jr. and shot him.
Jose Bogantes Jr. was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
