Detectives Continue to Seek More Victims of Unlicensed Medical Procedures
(Fayetteville, NC) - Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department are still seeking victims that received unlicensed medical procedures at Claudia’s Nails and Spa located at 2018-118A Fort Bragg Road.

Detectives Seek Victims of Unlicensed Medical Procedures
(Fayetteville, NC) – On Friday, March 13, 2020, detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department conducted a search warrant on a business who was performing medical procedures without a license. Detectives are attempting to identify any potential victims who may have had an adverse reaction to a procedure performed at the business.
The North Carolina Medical Board received a complaint that the owner/operator of Claudia’s Nails & Spa located at 2018-118A Fort Bragg Road, was performing various medical procedures without being properly licensed. The Medical Board forwarded the information to the Fayetteville Police Department for investigation.
The owner/operator was injecting clients with “Botox” and “Kybella”, performing medical laser procedures (such as tattoo removal), and performing permanent makeup procedures without a license. The owner did obtain a permit for permanent make-up procedures on February 12, 2020.
