Locally, Fayetteville / Cumberland Crimestoppers, Inc. is a community program operated by citizens like you, who want to take an active role in fighting crime in our area. Our 15-member Board of Directors administers the Crimestoppers program, in cooperation with the Fayetteville Police Department, the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office, Spring Lake and Hope Mills Police Departments.

Crimestoppers is wholly supported by your donations - of money, time, goods and services. These donations come from individuals, businesses, professional associations, clubs and social groups as well as the Fayetteville Police Department.

Your monetary contributions are especially vital to Crimestoppers because they fund the cash reward incentives. In fact, since the Fayetteville / Cumberland program began, we've awarded more than $379,000.00 to people whose tips were instrumental in solving crimes and getting back property worth millions of dollars.
